Sevaan Group is pleased to announce the addition of the AMADA FLW-1500MT Handy Fiber Laser Welder to our manufacturing capabilities. This advanced welding technology represents a significant step forward in delivering faster turnaround times, superior weld quality, and improved efficiency for our customers.
The FLW-1500MT is a next-generation fibre laser welding machine designed to set a new standard in sheet metal fabrication. Equipped with a 1,500W fibre laser oscillator, the system delivers powerful and precise welding performance across a wide range of materials and applications.
One of the key advantages of fibre laser welding is its high energy density, which enables deep, narrow weld penetration while minimising heat distortion compared with traditional TIG welding. This means cleaner welds, reduced post-processing, and improved consistency in finished components.
The FLW-1500MT also features an advanced wobbling laser function, allowing the beam to move laterally during welding to create wider beads and improve gap tolerance between parts. This technology ensures stable filler welding and allows Sevaan Group to handle more complex welding tasks with greater reliability.
With the ability to weld materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium up to around 4 mm thick, the machine significantly expands the range of projects we can support.
